See below Internet Explorer didn’t recognize that the page had a login form. Thank you very much for your reply. It has to be a problem with the User->IE8 Settings but i checked all settings and deleted all coookies/cache.. The only caveat, of course, is if the site doesn't allow spaces after the username, but it's usually not an issue. have a peek here

I don't know what is causing it to freeze and lock up, but I do know that when it comes back, my IE 8 has lost it's memory. You can go ahead and disable all of them and then enable them one by one until you figure out which one is causing the problem. Hope this helps.
