You can also try to combine all workarounds. I finally found the root though. AND this is a CODEMASTERS SPECIFIC problem as it DOESN´T happen in ANY other game.

Try going to Start type msconfig>Startup uncheck non essential M$ items except your security software click apply then ok then reboot.
