This problem came up after ZoneAlarm was installed for about a week along with Ad-Aware SE, Spyblaster, and Spybot Search and Destroy. Tracked the problem to a CA etrust security update. Sorry There was an error emailing this page. This will open the system restore points, and you can roll back to before you did the windows update.
